Cancellations

All cancellations will have to be made in writing and emailed to sales@swoopmedia.com.

Please note that you will be charged 10% of the total value of your original order on all cancelled orders. In addition a £15.00 charge will appy to cover our adminstration fee.

Please note that any costs incurred for work already carried out up to the date of your written cancellation will also be charged, and deducted before any refunds are made to you.
